In a press release dated December 24, 2008, Osteotech, Inc. reported that it has temporarily suspended shipments of Bulgarian tissue to resolve record-keeping deficiencies noted in a French regulatory authority's report on its inspection of Osteotech's Bulgarian operation. The press release is filed as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
