Amendments to Employment Agreements and Arrangements

On December 23, 2008, the compensation committee of the board of directors of Premiere Global Services, Inc. approved and we entered into amendments to the employment agreements or arrangements with each of our named executive officers:
Boland T. Jones, our Chief Executive Officer; Theodore P. Schrafft, our President; David Guthrie, our Chief Technology Officer; and Michael E. Havener, our Chief Financial Officer, for the purpose of bringing such agreements or arrangements into documentary compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The foregoing description of these amendments is qualified in its entirety by the terms of the amendments, which are filed herewith as Exhibits 10.1 through 10.4 and incorporated herein by reference.
