On December 18, 2008, Joseph K. Wilsted, President of Lydall, Inc.'s (the "Company") global automotive business, announced to the Company that it was realigning management in its European automotive business. In conjunction with this realignment, Bertrand Ploquin, President of the Company's European automotive business, left the employ of the Company effective December 18, 2008.
