On December 18, 2008, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the pilots at the Company's Colgan Air, Inc. subsidiary ("Colgan") have approved a bid to be represented by the Air Line Pilots Association. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
