On December 18, 2008, Fidelity Southern Corporation ("Fidelity") issued a press release announcing that Stephen H. Brolly has been elected Chief Financial Officer of the company and its bank subsidiary, Fidelity Bank, effective immediately. Mr. Brolly was serving, previously, as Interim CFO of both entities. Mr. Brolly has served as the Treasurer of the company and Fidelity Bank since May 2006. Mr. Brolly is 45 years old and has been with Fidelity since May 2006.
