On December 18, 2008, Scott W. Runkel announced that he resigned from Gencor Industries, Inc.("Gencor"), effective December 31, 2008. Mr. Runkel has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gencor since September 1, 2000. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.19.
