On December 15, 2008, Marc Petit-Huguenin tendered his resignation as Chief Technology Officer of 8x8, Inc., to be effective as of December 31, 2008. Mr. Petit-Huguenin worked for 8x8, Inc. for eight years and his responsibilities will be assumed internally by other current management personnel in research and development and engineering.
