On December 9, 2008, Secure America Acquisition Corporation (Amex: HLD), a
Delaware corporation (the "Company"), transferred the funds raised in its
initial public offering being held in a segregated trust account at SunTrust
Bank, with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company as trustee, from a money
market fund invested in U.S. treasuries into a money market fund invested U.S.
Government securities. The transfer of the funds was effected at par.
