Management plans to update investors on Xcel Energy Inc.'s operations and reiterate 2008 and 2009 earnings guidance.

† 2008 guidance at the low-end of the range of $1.45 to $1.50 per share

† 2009 earnings guidance of $1.45 to $1.55 per share.
