On December 9, 2008, China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that, at the open of business on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, the Company's shares would resume trading on NYSE Alternext US LLC. The Company's shares resumed trading at that time and will continue to be traded under the symbol "KUN."
