On December 10, 2008, the Board of Directors of Abigail Adams National Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") appointed David Bradley as a director. Mr. Bradley has served as a director of The Adams National Bank since June of 2002. Mr. Bradley is the Founder and Executive Director of the National Community Action Foundation, a private, non-profit advocacy organization that represents a network of 1,100 community action agencies. Mr. Bradley is also the Chief Executive Officer of each of the National Workforce Association and USAWorks!, organizations that advocate for, and assist in the development of, job training systems in the United States. Mr. Bradley beneficially owns 300 shares of Company common stock.
