On October 10, 2008, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the "Company") filed a
Current Report on Form 8-K announcing the election of Stephanie A. Streeter to
the Company's Board of Directors. At that time, Ms. Streeter had not yet been
appointed to any committees of the Board of Directors. We are filing this Form
8-K/A to provide information on Ms. Streeter's committee assignments.
On December 9, 2008, Ms. Streeter was named to the Governance Committee and the
Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
