Enova Systems, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that on December 1, 2008, Bill Frederiksen, 61, resigned as the Company's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Frederiksen had been focused, for the past 1.5 years, on maturing Enova's production capabilities, which will now be supported by existing Enova management.
