Certain Officers.
On December 1, 2008, Comstock Homebuilding Companies, Inc. (the "Company") and
FTI Consulting, Inc. ("FTI") terminated an Engagement Letter that was entered
into on June 24, 2008 under which FTI was retained by the Company to provide
financial advisory services to the Company. In connection with the termination
of the Engagement Letter, Brad Foster, an employee of FTI, resigned as Chief
Restructuring Officer of the Company effective December 1, 2008.
