(e) On December 1, 2008, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company")
and Donna Goldsmith, Executive Vice President of Consumer Products, entered into
a revised offer letter (the "Letter"). The Letter reflects the terms of
Ms. Goldsmith's previously announced promotion to Chief Operating Officer
effective January 1, 2009. The material terms of this arrangement with
Ms. Goldsmith were previously described in the Company's Current Report on Form
8-K, filed November 10, 2008, and that description is incorporated herein by
reference.
A copy of the Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and
is incorporated herein by reference.
