OFFICERS
On December 1, 2008, IPC Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing that its board of directors had appointed Michael J. Cascio as a
director of the Company and of IPCRe Limited as of November 28, 2008. Effective
also as of November 28, 2008, Mr. Cascio was appointed a member of the
Compensation Committee and the Investment Committee.
