Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 25, 2008, IA Global, Inc. (the "Company") filed a lawsuit in the
Superior Court of the State of California in the County of San Francisco against
at least two unidentified defendants. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants
have posted a variety of false, misleading, and defamatory messages about the
Company on an Internet message board. The Company seeks a preliminary and
permanent injunction enjoining such defendants from engaging in such conduct, as
well as compensatory and punitive damages.
