On November 24, 2008, Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that certain of the Company's officers, including Gilbert M. Cassagne, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer; Steven J. Janusek, the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary; and Paul D. Smith, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, have each entered into trading plans to purchase shares of the Company's common stock.
