On November 21, 2008, Argon ST, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing the retirement of Victor F. Sellier, Executive Vice President,
Secretary and one of the three co-founders of the Company effective January 11,
2009. Mr. Sellier will continue to serve as a member of the Argon ST Board of
Directors. The Company's press release dated November 21, 2008, is attached as
Exhibit 99.1
