Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November 18, 2008, Brian T. Stewart announced his intention to resign from
his position as Executive Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting
Officer of Bank of Hawaii Corporation effective December 5, 2008. Kent T.
Lucien, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, will assume Mr. Stewart's
responsibilities until a successor is named.
