Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective November 21, 2008, Edward J. Prajzner resigned from his position as
Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (Principal
Accounting Officer). Mr. Prajzner is leaving Technitrol to take advantage of an
opportunity with another company. Until a successor is named, Drew A. Moyer will
be Technitrol's Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Moyer also serves as Technitrol's
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer).
