On November 21, 2008, Move, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Move, Inc., the National Association of REALTORS and the National Association of Home Builders prevailed on summary judgment in the patent case pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, entitled Keithley et al. v. The HomeStore.com, Inc. et al. A copy of that release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
