Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On November 19, 2008, LeCroy Corporation announced that Mr. Carmine Napolitano,
Vice President and General Manager - Protocol Solutions Group, is leaving the
Company to pursue other interests. In connection with Mr. Napolitano's departure
from the Company, the Company will enter into a severance arrangement with
Mr. Napolitano, in accordance with his Employment Agreement, dated as of
September 1, 2004, as amended.
