As previously disclosed, an immediate priority of Unisys Corporation is to simplify its organizational structure and reduce operating expenses, particularly SG&A. On November 19, 2008, at the UBS Global Technology and Services Conference, Unisys announced that it is already taking actions to cut $100 million of annual SG&A expenses.
