On November 20, 2008, IA Global, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results for the three and six months ended September 30, 2008 ("September 30, 2008 Release"), a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. As part of the September 30, 2008 Release, the Company presented certain financial information, including the following:
