On November 17, 2008, Yahoo! Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a search for a new Chief Executive Officer and that Jerry Yang intends to resign as Chief Executive Officer upon the appointment of his successor. After stepping down as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yang will return to his former role as Chief Yahoo and continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company.
