On November 13, 2008, U.S. Home Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting results of operations for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008 and the scheduling of a conference call to discuss these results. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 13, 2008, the Company held a conference call regarding the Company's financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
