Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Richard Berman, Chief Executive Officer of Dorman Products, Inc. (the "Company"), today advised employees of the Company that he is receiving treatment for an illness and accordingly, while he will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, he may not be able to provide full time service to the Company. If, and to the extent that he is not able to provide full time service to the Company, his duties will be performed by other members of senior management.
