In February 2008, Andrew Muir, Managing Director of Vocus Europe Ltd., adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan to sell up to 75,916 shares of the Company's common stock. Such plan contains per share price limits for sales under the plan, and such price limits were previously modified in May 2008. On November 6, 2008, Mr. Muir modified his trading plan by lowering the per share price limits.
