Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
On November 10, 2008, Kyo-Jin Kang resigned from his position as Chief Financial
Officer of Cintel Corp. (the "Company").
On November 12, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Jin Kwang
Choi as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately.
Mr. Choi was the Manager of the Planning and Treasury Department of Cintel Co.,
Ltd in Seoul, Korea from July 2007 through October 2008. He worked as a Deputy
Manager on the Strategic Planning and Budget Team of Sae-A Co., Ltd. in Seoul,
Korea from January 2004 through June 2007. Mr. Choi obtained a B.A. in Business
Administration from Portland State University.
