Effective November 10, 2008, Thomas V. Brooks resigned as Executive Vice President of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. and President of Constellation Energy Resources and George E. Persky resigned as Senior Vice President of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer of Constellation Energy Resources.
