On November 4, 2008, Mr. Edward H. Myles informed the Company that he would be
resigning from his position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer, to pursue other opportunities, effective November 18, 2008. After his
effective resignation date, Mr. Myles will provide transitional consulting
services to the Company, on an as needed basis.
