On November 10, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing the results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008, which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. The Company's press release announcing its financial results for its quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008 contains financial measures not deemed to be in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP). Generally, a non-GAAP financial measure is a numerical measure of the Company's performance, financial position, or cash flows that either excludes or includes amounts that are not normally excluded from or included in the most directly comparable measure calculated and presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, or GAAP. Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation G, the Company has provided quantitative reconciliations within the press release of the non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures.
