Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 7, 2008, Imperial Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008 at 9:00 am EST on Monday, November 17, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of this Current Report on Form 8-K,
