Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. announced today an increase in its cash dividend to 30 cents per share payable on January 1, 2009 for shareholders of record as of December 15, 2008. A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Items 7.01 and 8.01 of Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
