On November 6, 2008 Micronetics, Inc. issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the authorization by the Board of Directors of a share repurchase program to acquire up to 500,000 shares of common stock of Micronetics in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
