On November 6, 2008, Entercom Communications Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing third quarter 2008 results. Specifically, the Company announced that for the third quarter of 2008:

         †        net revenues of $115.6 million;

         †        station operating expenses of $72.1 million;

         †        operating income of $32.8 million;

         -        income from continuing operations of $3.8 million; and

         †        net income of $4.3 million.
