Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 6, 2008, Digital Angel Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its financial results for the third quarter of 2008 and hosted the conference call it previously announced on October 30, 2008. Supporting materials that were discussed on the call will be provided on the Company's website.
