Community Bankers Trust Corporation (the "Company") announced on November 3, 2008, that it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share. Based on the closing price of the Company's stock on October 31, 2008 ($3.50), the dividend yield is 4.57%. The dividend is payable on November 25, 2008 to shareholders of record as of November 14, 2008.
