Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 4, 2008, ATS Corporation (the "Company") announced it expected to issue its third quarter earnings release on Thursday, November 6, 2008 after the market closes. The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on November 6, 2008 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
