XL Capital Ltd ("XL") has posted to its website its unaudited financial supplement relating to XL's third quarter 2008 results as well as an unaudited supplement entitled "Fixed Income Portfolio Data Q3 2008" which includes expanded disclosure regarding XL's corporate credit portfolio as at September 30, 2008. These documents can be found in the "Financial Reports" section on the "Investor Relations" page of XL's website located at www.xlcapital.com. In addition, XL has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
