Item 8.01: Other Events.

On November 3, 2008, Cybex International, Inc. ("Cybex") issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program of up to one million shares of its common stock. The repurchases may be in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions and will depend upon various factors, including the Cybex stock price and market conditions. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
