On October 31, 2008, Columbia Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008. The press release attached as exhibit 99.1 to the original filing included incorrect basic and diluted loss per common share and basic and diluted weighted average shares outstanding for the nine months ended September 30, 2008.
