On October 31, 2008, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of BSQUARE Corporation (the "Company") held a special meeting at which a majority of the Board voted to appoint Elliott H. Jurgensen, Jr. to replace Donald B. Bibeault as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Bibeault will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
