USA Mobility, Inc. today announced the promotion of Sharon Woods Keisling to Corporate Secretary. Keisling will continue her responsibilities for Legal Administration and as Corporate Secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. On October 29, 2008, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.25 per share of common stock. The cash distribution will be paid on December 10, 2008 to stockholders of record on November 14, 2008. The Company expects the entire amount of the cash distribution to be paid as a return of capital.
