On October 16, 2008, ENB Financial Corp. ("The Corporation") issued a press release announcing the Corporation's third quarter 2008 financial results.

The Registrant issued a press release regarding revised earnings for the third quarter of 2008 on October 28, 2008, attached as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
