As a participant in the Securities and Exchange Commission's voluntary XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) program, the Company has attached as Exhibit 100 to this Current Report on Form 8-K the following components of the Company's Q3 2008 10-Q formatted in XBRL: (i) the Consolidated Income Statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008 and 2007, (ii) the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as of September 30, 2008 and December 31, 2007, (iii) the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 and 2007, and (iv) the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements.
