On October 21, 2008, Mr. Bruce P. Koch gave notice of his resignation as Chief
Financial Officer and all other positions with Nabors Industries Ltd. (the
"Company") and its subsidiaries, such resignation to be effective as of
February 28, 2009.
This Form 8-K is being filed in order to satisfy the filing requirements of Form
8-K which requires a filing upon the resignation of the Company's principal
financial officer.
