Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of ENB Financial Corp declared a $0.31 per share fourth quarter cash dividend payable on December 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2008.

The October 22, 2008, press release announcing the third quarter dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
