On October 22, 2008, HLTH Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has changed the terms of the tender offer it previously announced on October 20, 2008. Under the revised terms, HLTH intends to commence a tender offer next week to purchase up to 80 million shares of its common stock at a price per share of $8.80.
